Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping all across the United States of America* on orders over $75.
 
All order under $75 receive flat-rate shipping of $9.95. (*some restrictions apply)
 
*We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or outside the continental US.
 
Freight orders of less than $650 will incur a minimum charge of $115, if the order is over $650 it will be calculated at 18% of the item cost.  
 
Shipping Time:
 
Upgrade Office Supply INC provides prompt processing and shipment of orders. Most orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days (except for Bulk and specified delivery time orders).
 
Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. your local time, Monday to Friday, paid with credit card without complications*** are normally shipped the same day via UPS Ground service. We use our vast range of warehousing network to deliver goods to you from the warehouse facility nearest to the shipping address.
 
***Payment complications could include
  • Different shipping and billing address
  • Billing information inconsistent with what’s on the credit card record
  • Orders that can’t be verified on phone
 
For a guaranteed next day delivery, please call our helpline so we can provide you with a final cost (may require urgent delivery fee)
 
Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.
 
Orders paid for by company checks are shipped once payment is received and verified.
 
Bulk Orders:
Bulk Orders have an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days but not guaranteed. We will gladly contact the manufacturer prior to your order being placed to check availability and give you a better estimate of delivery time. Call us at 561-562-2780 for more information.
 
Bulk orders that ship free are dock/truck tailgate deliveries to a commercial location and do not include delivery or truck liftgate.  Residential and Liftgate charges are additional and are paid by the customer. For all such cases, the customer will be contacted for approval.
 
Where Do We Ship?
We ship to all or any continental US addresses*. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground tracking information is provided for all orders, so you usually know the status of your delivery.

Our locations allow us for fast delivery and we also provide the ability to have customers pick up their orders at our locations.
